This single origin dark chocolate (72% cacao) is made from Trinitario and Amelonado cocoa beans grown in Semuliki Forest, Uganda. It offers rich, fruity notes reminiscent of banana bread, orange, and cinnamon, with a lingering finish of bourbon whiskey. It is especially recommended for those who prefer chocolates with strong fruity flavors.
Producer Semuliki Forest Cacao purchases cocoa at a premium price from over 1,000 farmers (many of whom are women).
