After a long sea journey from distant lands, cacao finally arrived in Sweden. In the late 19th century, Malmö, the first port of call, flourished as a confectionery capital. We discovered an original recipe sleeping in our old factory, dusted it off, and brought it back to life for the modern age.
Nutty and elegant, fruity with a refreshing acidity — we meticulously craft this art of exquisite balance with our machines. Blending the beans until the acidity and nutty flavors harmonize perfectly.
*No nuts are used. The "nutty" flavor comes from the inherent characteristics of cacao.

The fruitiness of the wine gently envelops the chocolate, bringing out a mellow flavor with reduced bitterness. This chocolate, with subtle coffee nuances and firm acidity, harmonizes exquisitely with dark wines.
Tea Enhance the complex character of this chocolate with a blended black tea where various aromas—floral, fruity, and grainy—overlap.
