Svenska Kakao: Sea Salt (Dark Chocolate)
This chocolate combines traditionally produced sea salt from the small Danish island of Läsö with 74% dark chocolate made from Tanzanian cocoa beans. Läsö mountain salt is produced using an ancient method: mineral-rich groundwater from the Kattegat Sea is slowly boiled over an open flame, harvested every morning, and dried in wicker baskets. Its natural minerals and salinity enhance the rich flavor of the dark chocolate.
