This is a 74% dark chocolate made with Tanzanian cacao beans and sea salt from Läsö, a small Danish island, produced using traditional methods. The mountain salt from Läsö is made using an ancient method of slowly boiling salt-laden groundwater from the Kattegat Sea over an open fire, harvesting it every morning, and drying it in wicker baskets. Its natural minerals and saltiness enhance the deep flavor of dark chocolate.
It won a silver award in the World category and a bronze award in the Europe & Nordic category at the International Chocolate Awards 2018.
