From the "Bold & Boozy" series, this chocolate uses vermouth, a beloved Spanish aperitif.
Vermouth is a flavored wine with a white wine base, blended with brandy, herbs, and spices.

We've combined 60% dark chocolate made from single-origin Tanzanian cacao beans with caramelized orange peel, juniper, cinnamon, fennel, and freeze-dried green olives.

While the alcohol evaporates during roasting, the complex and rich aromas remain.
