The world's largest chocolate festival, "Salon du Chocolat 2026," originating from Paris, has started again this year!
Scanjap Chocolate (Scanjap Incorporated) is participating again this year with two Nordic brands from Norway and Sweden. We will introduce each brand and the catalog items featured this time.
FJÅK CHOCOLATE (Fjak Chocolate) / Norway
Fjåk Chocolate was born in Ål, Norway in 2015. "Fjåk" means "lovable" and "honest."
Having won the Best Newcomer Award at the Academy of Chocolate in 2018 and six stars at the Great Taste Awards, the brand has accumulated over 160 awards by 2023. They continue to make chocolate with a focus on cacao bean quality, dealing directly with small farms.

SVENSKA KAKAO / Sweden
Founded in 2014 as the first bean-to-bonbon maker in the Nordic countries, SVENSKA KAKAO aims to "share the rich and complex flavors of high-quality cacao beans." They create chocolates using quality ingredients and local produce from the Österlen region.
