Fjåk's limited series "Bold & Boozy." This special chocolate bar is a collaboration with "Feddie Ocean Distillery" on Fedje Island, on the west coast of Norway, and their craft gin.
In addition to botanicals like juniper and angelica root, the gin uses lemon peel, licorice root, and plants harvested from Norway's west coast.
By using cocoa nibs soaked in this aromatic gin, we have created a dark chocolate with an aroma reminiscent of juniper, fresh lemon, and licorice. Although the alcohol evaporates during the roasting process, the complex flavors derived from the gin remain.
