Joel is known in wide circles, especially among chocolate lovers. In 2014, he won the TV competition Dessertmästarna, and the following year released his book Dessertrevolution. After being a loyal customer of Malmö Chokladfabrik for many years, he is now a Chokladmästare at our factory, focusing on our Makers. Seven years of running his own Mat & Chokladstudion and his previous role as head pastry chef at Malmö Live bring valuable experience to our customers.
